Please Note: Upon purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with package details, your ticket on Quicket and contact information for any inquiries. A bar menu will be shared closer to the event for drink pre-selection.
On the night, once the tab is depleted, the table owner must settle any additional costs. All payments are final and non-refundable.
ComUnity Hospitality Packages – FAQs
What does a hospitality package include?
Each package includes a table with a dedicated waiter who will serve you for the duration of the event.
What time does hospitality open?
Hospitality access starts at midday (12pm noon) on Saturday, 26 April 2025.
Can I add extra guests to my table?
No, each table has a set capacity. To accommodate more guests, you’ll need to purchase an additional hospitality package.
Are card payments accepted for extras during the event?
Yes, a card machine will be available in case you exhaust your prepaid tab.
What are the package options?
There are five different hospitality packages, varying by price and potentially by inclusions. Specific details are shown when selecting a package on the website.
How much do the packages cost?
Packages range from R5,000 to R20,000, depending on your selection. Each package includes your tickets.
